  • Timelines and fee are pre agreed through written mandates,in a structural way
  • Professional fee becomes due on delivery of each such scope.
  • Then for next quarter, next 3-4 tasks/priorities and so on.
  • Build-Operate - Transfer Mechanism- We get few things done through organizations team also so that they learn & can themselves do it in future if possible.
  • Co-Existence Model-We don’t disturb existing eco-systems of consultants engaged with organization. We enable them to do more for the organization in due course.
